Visit Santa & His Elves in their Magical Winter Wonderland!
When: Starting November 23rd & 24th, and every weekend in December up until Christmas.
ONLY PRE-BOOKED TICKETS WILL BE ALLOWED IN. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
Where: Santa's Magical Winter Wonderland Grotto will be in our undercover plant area accessible straight ahead from the entrance (follow signs).
How much: Entrance is only £11.99 and each child receives a lovely age appropriate gift from Santa himself. See all activities included below.
- Meet Santa, and have a chance to give him your Christmas lists.
- A craft activity for each child to take part in.
- A festive snow machine.
- Santa's Treasure Trail.
- A quality, age appropriate gift from Santa.
- Your own photo opportunities in Santa's Winter Wonderland*.
- Image me Studios will be here to take a professional photo of your child/children with Santa which will be available to purchase, alongside a range of festive souvenirs. You will be given a £1 off voucher to be used for the purchase of any Image Me photo souvenir.
- You will be allocated a personal Elf who will guide you around the Grotto.
* NB - Customer photos are allowed everywhere else inside the Magical Winter Wonderland part of the grotto with lots of photo opportunities available. Photos are not allowed inside with Santa unfortunately due to our licence agreement with Image Me studios. There is no obligation to buy these photos however they do make a excellent keepsake.
Please note bookings are non-transferable except from exceptional circumstances.
If you need to cancel for exceptional circumstances please only email info@bowgardencentre.co.uk. All cancellations must be notified to us 72 hours before your appointment in order to be eligible for a refund. (All refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30p plus 2.9% of booking amount).
